Small gestures. Lasting impact.

More than a jersey.

Pulling on your team's colours means belonging. It means walking onto the field together, knowing you are part of something. Lil Kitz is our way of helping more young people experience that feeling.

Through NSC purchases and community initiatives, we help provide sports apparel to schools, clubs and young athletes. We create new gear for the teams who wear it, with their identity and their community in mind.

Made for them.

Brand new custom teamwear that young players can wear with confidence.

Made by us.

NSC brings its apparel experience to a program built around community.

Backed by you.

Our customers and community help turn the idea into gear on the field.

A jersey to keep.
A connection that lasts.

Game 1: Tuasivi College  •  Game 2: Leififi College

Game 1 — Tuasivi College v Port Macquarie Sharks

A game brought Port Macquarie Sharks Junior Rugby League and Tuasivi College together. A custom jersey gave the students something to take with them long after the final whistle.

Two communities. One shared game.

In September 2026, NSC collaborated with Pasifika Konnect and Swimart Penrith, in conjunction with Port Macquarie Sharks Junior Rugby League, to design and gift custom jerseys to Tuasivi College in Samoa — the school the Sharks were playing against.

NSC designed the Sharks' full playing kit and training kit for the visit. Alongside that work, the collaboration helped put brand new custom jerseys into the hands of the Tuasivi College players.

Something of Australia, left in Samoa.

The gifted jerseys featured Aboriginal patterns, sharing a connection to Australia's First Nations cultures. The players could wear them for the game and keep them afterwards — a lasting reminder of the teams' time together.

That is what Lil Kitz means to us: creating something with purpose, bringing communities together and leaving young players with something of their own.

Leififi College v
Port Macquarie Sharks JRLFC U16s

The September visit continued with Leififi College taking on the Port Macquarie Sharks U16s — another meeting of young players from Samoa and Australia.

Leififi College's orange NSC jerseys carried the Aboriginal patterns and Swimart Penrith branding seen throughout the collaboration. Alongside Tuasivi College's turquoise jerseys, they tell the story of two school teams and a shared connection through rugby league.

Lil Kitz • Our community story

Community impact in action

Every project adds to the story. From Western Sydney schools to colleges in Samoa, the purpose stays the same: helping young players pull on a jersey and belong.

NSC and NSW Rugby for Good community jersey project

Western Sydney • Rugby for Good

Local schools.
A shared love of the game.

Through our collaboration with NSW Rugby for Good, our community and partners helped us gift 150 brand new jerseys to four public schools in Western Sydney.

Practical support for young players, and another reason to keep the work moving.

How it works

One team at a time.

01

Tell us about your team.

A coach, teacher or team representative can nominate their junior team below.

02

We review nominations.

Tell us what kit you need and the difference it would make. Support depends on available funding and production capacity.

03

We plan the kit together.

If your team is selected, we'll contact you to confirm the items, numbers, design and delivery arrangements.

Your team. Your story.

Nominate your team for a free kit.

Represent a school, junior club or community team? Tell us about your players and how a new kit would help.

You don't need a polished proposal. A few honest details about your team are enough to get started.

Please use an adult team representative's contact details. Player names, dates of birth and personal information are not needed.

Nominating is free. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection. Kit contents and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with selected teams.

Fields marked * are required.

Your details will be used to assess and respond to this nomination. See our privacy policy.

A few helpful answers

Before you nominate.

Who can nominate a team?

An adult coach, teacher, team manager or authorised representative of a school, junior club or community team can submit a nomination.

What does a free kit include?

Tell us what your team needs in the form. The items and quantities we can provide depend on available support and will be confirmed with selected teams before production.

Is every nomination selected?

We would love to support more teams, but the program depends on funding and production capacity. A nomination is a request for consideration, rather than a confirmed kit allocation.

Do we need to purchase anything to nominate?

No. There is no purchase required and no fee to submit a team nomination.

When will we hear back?

We'll contact you if your team is selected or we need further information. If you have an upcoming season or event, include the date so we can consider it when reviewing your nomination.

Overcome unbelief.

One jersey. One child.
One opportunity at a time.

Thank you for helping us keep this work moving, team by team.
